Henderson’s departure marks the end of a lucrative 25-year partnership with Sandilands. The duo first joined forces in 1999, and in 2023 they inked a 10-year, $200 million contract with KIIS FM, set to run through 2034. ARN confirmed Henderson’s resignation on Tuesday, highlighting that she could no longer continue working with Sandilands after a February 20 on-air clash involving astrology. In response, Sandilands began a 14-day suspension—the first step in ARN’s mandated remediation process—before he could return to the airwaves.
