Ethan Rozario, the franchisee behind Revive! Crewe, launched the business in the summer of 2023. With a background in managing a family flooring company, he saw an opportunity to diversify when his brother joined the venture.
Rozario's decision to join Revive! was driven by the industry's familiarity and the alignment with his existing business. He appreciated the established brand awareness, a user-friendly website, comprehensive marketing support, and the immediate workflow, which allowed him to launch a management franchise swiftly.
Sales took off in February this year, thanks to a partnership with a major dealership in the area. Additionally, Revive! Crewe's proactive approach to a neighboring territory, which Rozario plans to acquire next year, has further stimulated demand. This has led to a team of three technicians and plans to expand to a fourth van to accommodate the growing workload.
Rozario's enthusiasm for the business is evident, stating, 'We've got a fantastic team here. Our newest member is just 19, and he's exceptional. Seeing my team members thrive is a significant motivation for my involvement in this industry.'
