Unveiling the Philips Signage 2000 Series: 4K UHD Digital Signage for All (2026)

PPDS Unveils Revolutionary Philips Signage 2000 Series: Redefining Digital Signage

Are you ready to transform your business with cutting-edge digital signage? PPDS, the renowned global provider of Philips Professional Displays, has just unveiled its latest innovation: the Philips Signage 2000 Series, taking digital signage back to its core purpose.

This versatile series is designed to cater to a wide range of indoor environments, from retail stores and offices to hospitality venues, museums, and schools. With screen sizes ranging from 43" to 65", the series ensures a perfect fit for any space.

But here's where it gets impressive: each display boasts a stunning 4K Ultra HD resolution and 400 nits of brightness, delivering a visually captivating experience. And the sleek, uniform bezel design adds a touch of elegance to any setting.

Andrea Barbuti, PPDS's EMEA Global Product Management Lead, shared their vision: "PPDS is committed to breaking down barriers. The Philips Signage 2000 Series is our way of making digital signage accessible to all, without compromising on quality. It's perfect for straightforward installations that don't demand the advanced features of our premium models."

The Philips Signage 2000 Series joins the ranks of the Philips Signage 5000 Series and Philips Stretch 3150 Series, both unveiled at ISE 2026. Powered by Android 14, this series offers seamless connectivity, enhanced security, and improved performance. It's a welcome addition to the growing Android SoC family of Philips Professional Displays.

And this is the part most businesses will appreciate: the series is tailored to meet specific customer needs. It supports native Android apps and allows users to install web apps directly on the display, eliminating the need for external media players. Talk about efficiency!

Remote management is a breeze with the upgraded Philips Wave platform. AV/IT managers can effortlessly control and monitor displays, update firmware, manage content playlists, and schedule power settings. Plus, PPDS's FailOver technology ensures uninterrupted playback, automatically switching to backup content in case of media player issues.

The Philips Signage 2000 Series also offers optional WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity with the CRD22 module and includes Philips ScreenShare, PPDS's wireless content sharing solution.

Barbuti further emphasized, "The Philips Signage 2000 Series is an exciting prospect for businesses, whether they're upgrading existing displays or embracing digital signage for the first time. At ISE 2026, we've demonstrated that basic digital signage can be anything but ordinary."

But what do you think? Is this the future of digital signage? Share your thoughts and let's spark a conversation!
